We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, with the convention center just a short distance away. We also appreciated the convenience of the room service, car hire, and dry cleaning services. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the grocery shopping service was a great added bonus. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure stress-free, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the tours/ticket assistance to explore the city. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

During my stay in this hotel, I was impressed with its location, being close to many malls, shops and supermarkets. The hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating and attentive to our requests. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Despite not having a car, transportation was very accessible, with nearby bus stops and pedestrian crossings.

Guests are sure to enjoy the delicious breakfast with a selection of hot and cold food. the hotel provides outlets that accommodate both US and European plugs ' convenience.

The common spaces are minimal, missing a sofa and chairs in the hall.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable bed and the clean room. the location was also key, as we were within walking distance of several nice restaurants and a shopping mall. We appreciated the helpful staff and their recommendations. One more advantage we enjoyed was the fresh and varied breakfast options.

We noticed a rather bright green light when using the air conditioning, so we recommend bringing an eye mask if you are sensitive to light. we asked for another and the staff quickly provided it.
